Unicorn Stables is a full-service equestrian facility in Surrey, BC, located minutes from the Mud Bay shoreline and the trails of the Delta Watershed. We offer a safe, well-maintained environment for horses and riders of all levels, with the space and infrastructure to support everything from beginner lessons to off-property competition.
Riding arenas
20m x 60m indoor dressage arena
Our covered indoor arena is a full competition-size dressage arena with rubber-mix footing, providing a consistent, all-weather surface year-round. Used for lessons, clinics, flatwork, and general schooling.
35m x 60m outdoor jumping arena
Our outdoor arena offers generous space for jump work and flatwork, with rubber-mix footing that drains well and holds up across all seasons. Given the Lower Mainland weather, we have built it to be usable as much of the year as possible, and it sees use rain, shine, or snow.

- Beach and dyke trails along Mud Bay in Delta, BC
- Panorama Ridge Riding Club, a five-minute hack away, with two arenas, cross-country jumps, and a gallop track
